Terms and Conditions

Scope of applicability

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.
A consumer is a physical person who concludes a purchase for purposes that can be attributed neither to his or her commercial activity nor to his or her independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a physical or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, in concluding a purchase, is acting in the exercise of his or her commercial or independent professional activity.
These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to future business relations with entrepreneurs, without reference to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or additional general terms and conditions, their validity shall be rejected; they shall only become part of the contract if they are expressly accepted by us.
